FFAF CARGO
Reports To: VP of Sales
Purpose of Position:
As a key member of the inside sales team, you will be required to coordinate and process sales orders, providing logistical l knowledge and detailed service specifications to meet customer needs.
Facility Location:
2360 Bristol Circle 4th Floor, Oakville
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- All aspects of Customer Service duties and responsivities.
- Providing customer service to assigned strategic accounts within Canada.
- Completing customer assigned quotations, costing, tracking reports, KPI reports.
- Completing quotation for FFAF agent networks.
- Working closely with other FFAF cargo team members, International & Domestic to ensure highest level
of services is provided to our customers. - Team tasks such as completion of customer SOP’s, RFI and RFQ’s.
- Participating with team & customer facing meetings when required.
- Work closely not only with Sales, customer Service Team Members but also with management to
develop and support the growth of the department. - Require good communication, time management, computer skills, organized, and self-motivated
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers as orders are processed, produced and shipped to the correct
destination, on time. - Look for sales opportunities and upgrades in communication with customers.
- Development of new business through sales leads, and self generated sales leads within the region.
Education/ Work Experience Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Administration, Supply Chain Management or related
field - Exceptional Customer Service skills and attention to details.
- 3 to 5 years industry experience preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple requests and orders, and delivery timelines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven sales coordination
- Computer proficiency in MS Office. Cargowise experience preferred.

- Sales expectation is minimum 1.5 times of your salary/ cost to the organization of net new GP per year
